Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Deposit Requirement

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival - 30% Penalty
Cancellations outside this window - No Penalty.
No Shows, non-arrivals and premature checkouts - 30% penalty.

A cancellation is also penalty free where it is brought about by:

Imposed travel and/or border restrictions beyond your control.
Hurricane or storm related force majeure that makes it impossible for you to travel as scheduled.
